I have braved a thousand flames,
I have felt a thousand chills.
I have fought in countless wars:
I know not how much blood I have spilt.

I have borne witness to a thousand sorrows,
I have had the fortune of a thousand joys.
I have looked on towards tomorrow
And the prospects of a new found voice.

I have been torn asunder by affections,
I have been driven forth by rage.
I have savoured the sweet taste of vengeance,
Then turned to another page.

I am the coming Chaos,
I am the passing Peace.
I am the surging Tide,
From which you shall flee.
